ISO roommate in Central East Austin

(ISO) Hello All, Alberto(28M) here. Currently in search of a fourth roommate to join us in our 4/3 duplex in CENTRAL EAST AUSTIN. The place is located off 183 and Montopolis. - The move-in date is October 1st but with the availability to move some things in earlier. We will be making our final decision soon.
Rent is $863 plus utilities which can range from $70-$120 during the summer.
You will be sharing a bathroom with one of our roommates but comes with two separate sinks and storage space.
The place is pet friendly- We currently have an Aussie named Mia house trained and supper friendly.
Brandon G (29M), Randall Li (25M), and I have been living with each other for about 3 years now so we have great lines of communication for any issue that arises. Additionally, we are settling in our careers. So we are looking for someone that is as well. Unless you fall under Work Hard & Play Hard. We have no issues with it.
The place has modern appliances, a fridge, a washer, a dryer, and a pretty nice layout. with a decent backyard for pets and trails right outside our door.
