Right on the main part of Nostrand Ave. Just a walk away from Subway lines 2, 5, & 3. Great restaurant scene down Franklin Ave & Eastern PWKY. Large Grocery store and several bodegas nearby. Our apartment is two floors total, with two bedrooms and 1 bath on each floor. Each bedroom has access to a large spacious balcony. (2 balconies total in the apartment). We have a large kitchen, with a table/seating area, small living room, and a large living room upstairs. If you are looking for more outdoor space other than your balcony, there is a large complete rooftop. The building offers laundry in the basement with a small gym.
