I am a recent graduate from a master's program in biology education and am currently looking for a job as an educator in a NYC DOE school. Before I can secure a job, however, I am searching for an apartment with a responsible and courteous roommate. My savings from a previous career ensures that I will have no issues with rent payments or payments for other amenities. I am looking for a roommate who will similarly not have issues in this area. I am a very easy going person, who has no problem getting along with others. I used to work in the LA film industry, where getting along with people was necessary. I am an organized person and don't like a messy living space, but I am also not a "clean freak". I am relatively quiet and, once I am hired by a school, I will most likely be in my room lesson planning or grading for large stretches of time.
