Hi there! I am a 28 year old female looking for a female roommate (preferably between 20-30) who is clean, quiet, and respectful. I’m a personal trainer, and I enjoy drawing, reading, and cooking in my free time.

I live in a cozy, fully furnished townhouse, and the only thing you’d need to bring is furniture for your own private bedroom. There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit, and street parking is always available.

I have 3 adorable cats, so we’re unable to have any more pets at this time. My home is also smoke-free (no cigars, cigarettes, vapes, or weed), and I prefer to keep the atmosphere calm, so no heavy drinking, partying, or anything like that.

Rent and bills total around $850-$1265 per month:

Rent – around $600-700 per month (depending on the sewer/ water bill that is added to rent every 3 months)

Trash/recycling - $125 every 3 months

Internet - $40 per month

Electricity - $200-400 per month (I’m working on conserving energy to lower this!)
