Seeking new roommate in 2bd, 2ba brick ranch style home in Skokie near Main and Crawford starting mid-January! Prefer 6-month or 1-year lease with option to renew, but length of time is negotiable.
Shared spaces: Renovated open-concept kitchen, large living room with bay windows and hardwood floors, dining area, half-finished basement, in-house laundry and storage space, fenced in backyard and garage parking in 2.5 car garage.
Tenant must love animals! I have a beautiful, sweet cat and a silly, energetic puppy. Would prefer no additional pets, but open to having them meet and seeing how it goes. 420 friendly. Cleanliness in common spaces please.
Your space: Newly painted bedroom will fit a queen bed and will be cleared out and cleaned prior to move-in.
