I am pretty quiet, I'm okay with people over, but let me know and I would like that they are respectful. I'm an introvert, so I like to stay to myself most of the time. However, it's important that we are both able to communicate with one another about any issues we have. I would like to move in about mid-July and early-August at the latest. I'm okay with alcohol as long as it's in moderation, but smoking is a deal-breaker. I'm 100% not down for that.
