I’m looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom in my 2BD 2BR apartment! Rent is $980 a month plus electric. Move in date is flexible, would like someone asap and willing to renew another year with me! The complex is 10 minutes from South end and 15 minutes from Ballantyne. I’ve been here for 3 years and have loved living here!
The apartment includes washer/dryer, balcony, valet trash, WiFi, key fob entrance to the gate of the stairs and apartment door for extra security, pool and clubhouse access, close to a light rail stop and amazing maintenance/management staff that responds quickly if there’s a problem! The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom that you’d have!
