My name is Ethan and am a young professional on the move to DC, looking to share an apartment with 1-2 roommates. I prefer to move in ideally by May 1st, but I am flexible. I am starting a full-time position at Brookings Institution, and I have a budget of $1400 including utilities (flexible). I have been mainly looking at apartment buildings in Southwest Washington, Adams Morgan, and Northeast Washington, but I am open to any neighborhood within the Greater Washington Area.
Here is a little about me: I am 23 years old, very laid back and easygoing and very tidy. I am very accommodating and will get along with just about anyone. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2020 with a degree in Economics and Sports Administration, so shoutout to my fellow Tarheels! I enjoy going out and socializing, as well as chilling inside. I love all games (sports games, video games, board games, card games) and enjoy cooking. I am also recovering from a serious car accident, so I plan on working out/exercising very often. Overall, I am just a chill, flexible roommate.
