I live in Miami, Florida, and work in NY/NJ. I need to visit job sites from time to time so need a place to stay while I am in the metro NY area. I will only be in the NY/NJ area and thus the apartment about 2 weeks a month.
I workout regularly, typically 6 days a week after work. I am therefore only in the apartment from 8:30 pm until 8 am Monday- Friday.
