I am a friendly, neat and upbeat person who has lived in NYC for 25 years. I have 8 year old twins who will visit on the weekends. I am so have a little chihuahua who is sweet and well behaved.

I like to cook and spend a lot of time with my friends, so you will have some alone time. There is one bathroom we would share, but that has never been a problem. I’m really good about sharing, but also giving privacy. I live on the UWS in the 70s in between 2 parks and everyone in the building is friendly. The super is very helpful.
