2 rooms available for rent in colonial style home in kerrisdale area, south Vancouver.
1st bedroom $1050 a month - bedroom located on main floor, lots of natural light. Funky L shape layout and red fireplace.
2nd bedroom $950 a month - located upstairs, includes closet with full length mirror and skylight on ceiling.
House furnished excluding rooms for rent, although possibility to include queen size mattress at additional cost (less then $200)
Bus route 16 stop just outside the house.
Minutes away Kitsilano, 12m drive to UBC, 16m drive to downtown.
People living in the house currently are mid-twenties male and females PLUS a sweet 7 month year old Rottweiler puppy. (She’s actually the one in charge) We are 420 friendly (outside), occasional wine drinkers and always down for a spontaneous adventure. Currently 6 people renting the upstairs portion of house and the downstairs rents separately (currently 4). We tend to keep the basement door open and share the house as a whole. We have a large kitchen with 2 fridges, 1 large living room, lots of space for parking, a garage and a large backyard with pool! (Currently being cleaned..but almost ready to be used!!)

Things we hope to have in a potential roommate:
- Open communication
-Willing to partake in a cleaning schedule
-Willingness to respect others who work during the week ie. no crazy partying, keep noise down by 12pm weekdays.
-Ok with the occasional get together, and/or willing to do things together occasionally.
-Respectful of common spaces in the house :)
