Sage M - $1,200/month

Hi everyone! I'm Sage! I'm 22 and looking for a roommate (or roommates) to move into an apartment and go apartment hunting with ideally in Brooklyn near the Prospect Park area, I'm also very open to other parts of Brooklyn as well as the Upper West Side or Astoria on or before August 1st. My budget is around $1,200, but I'm flexible.
I'm originally from NYC but recently graduated college in upstate NY and am looking to move back! I'd love to be friends with my roommate, as well as have friends over occasionally, of course with notice. For work, I'm a podcast producer, do search engine optimization, and I'm an actor. But I LOVE crocheting (I'll teach you if you want!), thrift shopping, watching movies/TV shows and I'm a huge foodie and love to cook and try new restaurants. I like going out on weekends, and I'm chill during the week, 420 and alcohol friendly. I'm also very comfortable with pets. I'm very clean and respectful of common spaces, and I'd like to make our home a nice and comfortable place!
