I’m a professional audio engineer and music producer, and I mostly work out of a detached studio behind the house (sometimes gigs around town).
I’m pretty easygoing, clean, respectful, and big on keeping the home peaceful and comfortable.
I enjoy music, cooking, Muay Thai, movies, games, and spending time with friends, but I’m not looking for a party-house situation. I like people who are friendly, communicative, responsible, and able to share space without making things complicated.
My 2-year-old son visits a couple of times each month, so it’s important that the house stays safe, calm, and welcoming. Otherwise, I’m usually working, making music, relaxing by the pool, or keeping to myself.
I’m social and happy to hang out / play video games etc sometimes, but I also respect privacy and don’t expect roommates to become best friends. The ideal setup is a relaxed, low-drama household where everyone pays on time, cleans up after themselves, and feels at home.

I have TWO bedrooms available in my clean, quiet 3-bedroom, 2-bath house in Northridge.
Price is $1300 per room,
or $2500 if you want to rent both for yourself (for a separate home office, etc.)
Bathroom is adjacent to bedrooms, in the hallway.
Only used by the occasional guest, not me (I have my own attached to the master bedroom).
