I am moving to the area late August/early September. Originally from Redondo Beach, but have been away for work and grad school for 7 years. I will be working for a tech start up in Santa Monica. I am a 30 year old professional with a BS and MBA. Will be traveling about 40-50% of time for work. I am outgoing, but also good at giving roommate space when needed.
