It’s a 1st floor walk-in with street access, ring doorbell camera included. Brand new complex located in Virginia highlands/Krog street area. Walking distance to Krog street/highland Ave , Edgewood Ave. safe neighborhood with over night security. Spacious room with huge walk-in closeted with shelving system included. Also a brand new mattress and flat screen tv is already in the room )can be removed if needed).
No pets; no kids allowed. Keyless entry to all doors (fob), Fully furnished home (except your bedroom). Totally electric. Utilities (wifi/electric). 6 months left in lease, month to month ok. Photos upon request.
