Spare room has brand new bed/mattress, with 2 drawers in the bed frame for your clothes. The closet is very long and has plenty of space to use for hanging clothes, or whatever you need to store (items in closet in pics will be removed). Aside from the bed, there is a ceiling fan/light (use by switch or chain pull), massage chair and fold-up treadmill (both can be removed if you don’t need/want). I don’t currently have a TV in that room, but have an extra Spectrum cable box available if you have your own TV (or we can discuss me getting a TV and wall mounting…I’ve been wanting to do that for a while, but haven’t had any reason yet).
