Ben R - $1,500/month

I am an accountant, it LITERALLY doesn't get any more NORMAL than that. Also, I am great with cleaning and cooking. I'm starting a new position in Manhattan in early October and am looking for a good person, or people, to move in with / rent an apartment with. I currently live in Toms River, New Jersey, so I am only an hour-and-a-half away from Manhattan at the moment. I consider myself really friendly and social and a life with me would be stress free. Sometimes I like going out, sometimes I like to read books, I exercise often but I don't like that, every day is something different really. You must be nuts to think we can't get along. I'm pretty sure we will become really good friends. o7
