hi! i’m hoping to move to manhattan in February and looking for 1-2 other roommates to apartment hunt with. my max budget is around $1600 and preferably on the east side (UES, Midtown, Kips Bay, etc).

a little about me: i’m 24 years old and working in medical communications for an agency located in manhattan- i’m fully remote as of now but will try to be in the office 1-2 a week if possible. i’m new to the city so would love a friend to explore with, but also enjoy having weekends to myself. i’m vaccinated, LGBTQ+ friendly, and looking for someone to share a clean and fresh space with 🙂
