I am just a homebody. I mom. I work. I cook/bake. And I am out running errands more often than I am out having fun.
I can't say friends never come over. But it's certainly not every weekend. I just want a peaceful, respectful home and life.
I am enthusiastically 420 friendly, and I do vape. But the home is smoke free inside.
I am good with either males, or females. But I honestly prefer males. Not for any other reason than the increased likelihood of a peaceful home.
I am very conservative, though not political. That being said, it is probably best to be like minded. And, if you are a female, we will not get along if you are a feminist.

I would prefer a 6 month or 12 month term. Which is what would make it possible to do $800/month.

I am renting the entire bottom floor in a nice, historical home on North Delaware St. Indianapolis 46202.
The room is on the other side of the house, with a private entrance, private bathroom, and large closet. You can shut the door between the room and the kitchen, and it let's you have your own separate space.
I live there, and my 14 year old son is home every other week.
I have 2 cats, which is the limit.
Having privacy is important. But I am also unopposed to being friendly.
I enjoy cooking, though I don't have a set dinner routine. I love to bake, so there's pretty much always some kind of cake around. Lol. And I am always looking for new recipes to try 🙂
