Two very nice and chill young professionals looking for a 3rd roommate to replace one who's moving out. We have 7 months left on our lease, after which we can renew. Excellent location in East Village close to the L, supermarkets, coffee shops, and night life. Very safe building with 24/7 security and washing machines/dryers on the ground floor.
Rent includes internet, cable, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and all utilities. We will occasionally spit the cost of housekeeping.

I'm Mayra, I'm 30, from Mexico and a lawyer. I have been living in NYC for almost 3 years. I work for a global company in midtown, full time. After work, I normally go to the gym, run, meditate or relax at home. On weekends, I like going out to have dinner, drinks, or work on personal projects.
I'm very easy going, I respect others people's privacy and like enjoying a clean environment. I also like cooking so I will be sharing some food with you. I'm vegetarian but I don't mind other people eating meat.
