✨✨✨ Hello! I’m Carly Anne and I am 25 years old. I was told I might be able to find some lovely roommate options here! 🙂 I live in this great 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Mount Juliet by myself right now but it’s getting very difficult to afford it all by myself. I work three jobs right now and it’s not ideal. I would like to save some money and maybe get to do some fun stuff every now and then.

I’m looking for a FEMALE roommate either my age or a little older. Not really looking pets at the moment. But maybe down the road. I’d love to be friends with my roommate but also want time to recharge from the day. I don’t like to go out and party. Kinda an old lady in that sense. I’m an artist and I’m also queer. Hoping to find someone who is a member of or an ally of the LGBTQ+ community! 🏳️‍🌈

Shared spaces are pretty much decorated. Except I need a couple kitchen chairs.

Pros:
-gated
-quiet
-pool and gym
-car wash & vacuum place
-near the interstate
-near Providence Shopping Center
-you get your own bedroom and bathroom.
-bathroom is pretty big!
-washer and dryer
-About 25 minutes away from downtown Nashville.

Cons:
-3rd floor.

Now the nitty gritty of it all. 💰 Rent and other bills would be split in half. So your portion would be $874.50 a month + Utilities and Wi-Fi.

Honestly a wonderful place and worth the costs.
