5-minute drive to ASU campus
Near downtown Tempe + walkable to light rail on Apache. Orbit bus stop is walkable to/nearby

There’s a third bedroom set up as an office that you’re welcome to use when I’m not working from home
We’re friendly, responsible, and like to keep shared spaces clean
Guests are totally fine—just give me a heads-up!
About the Dogs:
Two large, sweet dogs: Desmond and Delilah
Both are all white, super friendly, and big cuddlers
They’re used to people and great with visitors
We’re ideally looking for someone who’s okay with dogs, clean, and a respectful young adult—either a student or working professional. We’d love to find someone who’s chill and values a good balance between social and independent time.
