Room Available in Tempe Townhouse – Private Bathroom, Pet-Friendly, $1,000/mo

Hello! I am looking for a roommate (preferably a young woman) to join our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath two-story townhouse in Tempe, AZ! The available room comes with its own private bathroom. Rent is $1,000/month (utilities not included), and we're looking for a 12-month lease starting early August. You would be living with my roommate (F) and I, as well as my doggies! I own the home, so no dealing with a landlord or management company.

Two-story layout — all bedrooms are upstairs for added privacy
5-minute drive to ASU campus
Near downtown Tempe + walkable to light rail on Apache. The Orbit bus stop is walkable to/nearby
Quiet neighborhood next to a small park

Small garage (we use it for storage + laundry)

Located upstairs, separate from main living space

Internet: $82/month (split 3 ways)
Water: ~ $100/month (split 3 ways)
Electricity: $60–$120/month depending on season (higher in summer) (split 3 ways)

About Us:

We both work during the week; I WFH 2 days/week
We’re friendly, responsible, and like to keep shared spaces clean
Guests are totally fine—just give me a heads-up!

About the Dogs:

Two large, sweet dogs: Desmond
All white, super friendly, and big cuddler
He is used to people and great with visitors
We’re ideally looking for someone who’s okay with dogs, clean, and a respectful young adult—either a student or working professional. We’d love to find someone who’s chill and values a good balance between social and independent time.
