Hey I am looking for a professional female to sign a 2b/2ba lease within downtown SJ(near San Pedro Square Market). I have two options I really like and I am listing them all here. If you like any of them please reach out for more details/intent to sign.

In all the listed options I intend to take the Master Bedroom with an attached bathroom. I intend to WFH a lot, and this is important to me. The other bedroom is also master sized, with a walk-in closet, but the bathroom is not attached. The places also come with a parking spot, and since I don’t drive and am not looking to get a car for another year or two, it is all yours.

OPTION 1: This is a secure apartment complex where the owner pays for everything except PG&E. It has a full-sized pool, sauna, and garden. The sauna and pool are functional all year. The parking spot is a back-2-back spot which can hold 2 cars behind each other. So your friends can also park there for free when they visit. We can also opt-out of parking.

Rent - $3360 + $300 parking spot
I pay: $1760 + $150 parking spot
You pay: $1600 + $150 parking spot

OPTION 2: This is a high-rise luxury apartment located in the heart of the location. It has a lot of amenities like full-sized pool + sauna + fitness center + garden + 24 hour security + 1 parking spot.

There are multiple options in this location itself, and the price varies based on the floor of the apartment(higher it is, the costlier, but lovelier the view)

Rent - $3400
I pay: $1800
