I am subleasing a great apartment about 2 miles from the 101 freeway and I-10. Ladies only. I’m looking for a grown, financially independent woman who believes in Saturday Sabbath religious observance. I would consider non Sabbathkeepers that wanted to rent the room Sunday through Friday only.
There’s three swimming pools, both open, workout facility, soccer field, and beautiful trees and foliage. I’m on the first floor, and I’m looking for a lady that works outside of the home 9am to 5pm. Full sized washer and dryer included.
The rent is $549/mth plus 1/2 utilities and it includes Internet, pool and workout access, The room is mostly unfurnished, so you can add your own special touch! There’s a small dresser and mini futon available for those who don’t have furnishings.
My kitty is a little nosy, but cute as a button!
