The room is located on the 2nd level of a private house and comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, closet, desk, TV and more. It is located directly next to the bathroom that is shared with 2 other working males in their 40s. It has 2 large windows and faces the backyard, so it's very quiet.

We have lived here for over 5 years and love the neighborhood and our neighbors. We live on a quiet, circular block tha's great for walking, also not far from Desert Bloom Park. Our neighbors are super friendly and likewise it's very safe here.

We're very close in proximity to Wal Mart, Smiths, Village Pub, many restaurants and conveniences nearby. Just 5 minutes to the 215 or 10 mins to the 15.

This is a month to month arrangement and requires a security deposit, and could be long term with the right fit.
