Hey y’all! Me and my roomie Mary Hope Ballou are looking for a third roommate for an Oct 1st move in. Our budget is $1300 per person ($4000 total MAX), and we’re looking in park slope, crown heights, prospect heights, and prospect lefferts gardens. I do have a cat in case allergies are an issue. We’re very quiet, clean, and organized. We’re def not a party household and aren’t big drinkers and aren’t drug users outside of weed every now and again. We have guests/friends/romantic interests over sometimes but it’s not super often, so it stays pretty quiet and calm which is how we like it.
