Hello! I'm a 28F working professional looking for a roommate who is also a girl. Building has original wood floors, huge windows, very large kitchen, and nice sized bedrooms! Utilities are gas and electric (haven't gotten my first bill yet so unsure how much it adds to rent yet, but we'd split 50/50). The building is pet friendly with restrictions on dogs.
