The spare room is a queens size room and well lit. The apartment is in a lovely building with a backyard lounge, laundry room, and indoor lounge. The apartment is partly furnished and very modern.
You would be added to the lease, from February until October 31st (9 months)
I plan to stay at the apartment another year, so there is the option of renewal!
I love to cook, read and workout. I am quiet, respectful and friendly! I also have a very social cat.
