It is easy access to 59/Hwy 90/Beltway 8. The zip code here is 77477. The cross roads are intersection of Ludwig and Brand Lane. It is a fairly new subdivision and is very safe. It is about 3 miles from West Belfort Park and ride and 13 miles from the Medical Center (via HWY 90). There are buses that goes into Downtown (265) & Medical Center (292). I personally work Downtown and use the Park & Ride service. It is also close to Sugar land Town Center/groceries/gyms. There is internet access in the house. You are welcome to use the kitchen. You will have your own room fully furnished with a bed, TV, night stand, table and chair. The room also has a walk-in closet and the Shared bathroom is just outside the bedroom. Shared bath is with my college age son (goes to UH Pharmacy college, I will maintain the cleanliness of the shared bath). We also have washer and dryer in the house for laundry. Some pictures of the house/room are posted.
