My name is Ryan! Male, 27, single. I have been living in my downtown condo since July of 2023. Roomate is moving out and I need to replace him asap! His move out date is Jan 31, but if you need to move in before then, I can make that happen! Current lease is month-to-month, but it can also be changed to a year lease if that is preffered! It was only month-to-month because of my current roommate.
He plans on giving his two-month notice on Nov 30th, so I need to find someone by then.
I have a cat (a very friendly one), am very clean, do not smoke, and does not blast music/TV/etc. Only time I'd get a little loud is during the Jays playoff run!

Water and heat are covered. We would just have to split internet and hydro. Internet is $37 (each) and hydro is just a bit more. Two bathrooms, large balcony. I have lived here for over two years and really have no complaints. Landlord is great at fixing issues. He replaced the dishwasher and stove in a timley manner.
