Marisa H - $1,300/month

Hey there! I’m Marisa. I’m currently 29 going on 30 this February. As of right now I am a full time esthetics student, and work in retail. I graduate soon and when my lease is up here, I’d like to move to Dallas to jump into a more lively more opportunistic lifestyle. The city has been calling out to me for some time now and I’d like to give it a shot. I think it will really allow me to blossom into my full potential and be great for working in the beauty industry for business purposes. I’m very clean and value both personal space and genuine connections. I’m empathetic and get along great with others and I love to cook. I do smoke flower occasionally but would do so outside and be mindful of respecting boundaries. I haven’t had a roommate since I was in the military which was quite some time ago but think as long as we are both mature, clean and respectful of each other that this could be a great way to live in a nicer place and area. I’d like to stay under $1200 a month on my part (not including utilities) and be close to the oaklawn, uptown, Katy trail area. My lease is up the end of February so just let me know if you think we’d be a good fit to be future roomies <3
