Hello, my roommates and I (we all attend School of Mines) are looking to sublease a bedroom that will have a shared bathroom for the spring semester. We live in a duplex; the back unit, on the bottom floor. The lease starts January 1st and ends May 31st. We are flexible and can do month to month basis.There is in unit washer and dryer, utilities are included in rent and free parking. Parking is shared with the upstairs unit. Furniture is not included in the bedroom. Location is a 10 minute drive away from CSM and 3 minutes away from Colorado Mills. Preferred female tenant. Lastly, we have two cats, they are sweet and get along with people.
