Lg Private Rm w/Lg Prvt Bath in 3300 Sq Ft Upscale Home-Including Utilities
ROOM FOR RENT: ALL utilities are included in the monthly rent; cable TV (advanced package plus some premium channels), WiFi (highest level they offer), water, garbage, sewer, landscaping, HOA and PG&E.
$1500 deposit, 6 month lease minimum, prefer 12 months. If things work out, you are welcome to stay much longer.

Two rooms to choose from (see pics), both on the same side of the house (away from other tenants):
The grey room is 15'5" x 11' 2.5" and the closet is 9' x 24 3/4".
The mint green room is 13'4" x 14'7" and the closet is 8'7" x 23".
The empty room, will be a guest room and not be rented out.
Both rooms have brand new ceiling fans and light switch dimmers.
Both bedrooms have plantation shutters.
No pets, cigarettes, drugs or frequent overnight guests.
Large private room and large, private bathroom with double sinks, in a 3300 square foot house on a large lot in a beautiful, upscale and quiet neighborhood, toward the top of the Dublin Hills, built in 2012.
You will have much privacy, as your bedroom/bathroom will be on the other side of the house from others.
There is a large, walk-in laundry room next to your bedroom that you will have full access to. You will have personal space in the cabinets, in the laundry room to store your laundry products.
You will have full access to a large, upgraded kitchen with marble countertops, a 5 burner gas stove and convection oven. There is a large, walk-in pantry, in which you will have 2 of your own huge shelves (see pics). Additionally, you will have 5 cabinets in the kitchen and 3 drawers all to yourself, and well over half of an entire fridge/freezer to yourself.
There is gym equipment in the third living room upstairs near your bedroom, that you are welcome to use (see pics), as well as a paint table (I paint occasionally and you are welcome to paint as well). There are TV's and couches upstairs and downstairs, and you are welcome to use either. No one watches TV upstairs, so you'd mostly have that TV to yourself.
There is a guest room for occasional guests and a separate office. You are welcome to use either when needed.
The backyard has ground lighting throughout (see pics), as well as a lit platform toward the top of the hill where you can sit and enjoy the stars and the view of the hills in my comfy rocking chairs. There is also a large, built-in fire pit that you are welcome to use. We have a badminton net that we put up in the summer (supply your own rackets), and a basketball hoop that you are welcome to use.
Close to BART, 580 at Fallon Road, the San Francisco Outlet Mall, Target, BJ’s, 2 grocery stores, gas stations, banks and many other stores/restaurants in the shopping centers.
Landlord has 2 dogs on site, so if you are allergic or don’t care for dogs, this place is not for you (see pics).
Currently in this home are 2 single, professional, non-smoking, non-drugs women, and you will make person #3. We will not be renting out the 2 additional bedrooms to keep the house quiet and private. They are being used as a guest room and an office.
