Great place to live

Hello my name is Ted, I'm 45 years old, a friendly, positive person that respectful to other's. I live 2 minutes away from from the beltway and 288 in the Pearland area. Only 20 minutes from Medical Center I'm recently divorced and live alone. I have a full-time job, I'm in school and have a girlfriend in her own house who lives 15 minutes away where I spend most of my nights. I have 2 rooms and a bathroom (exclusively for my tenant) one room is has a queen size bed and a dresser the other room has a tv mounted on the wall (perfect for an office/ entertainment room) I'm within walking distance to Tom Bass Park a State Park , trails, and a lake with a walking path. I have garage for some storage, fenced in backyard, wifi, washer and dryer, etc .

I'm not home much, just for laundry, changing clothes, and personal Hygiene.
