I’m a sous chef and working professional with a pretty busy schedule, so when I’m home I really enjoy having a comfortable, relaxed place to unwind. I’m friendly and social and always happy to chat or hang out, but I also really value having our own space and downtime.

I love cooking, gaming, crocheting, and generally having a cozy night at home. I have two sweet cats who are a big part of the household, so you’ll definitely see them wandering around and making themselves at home.

The room has a large closet, two windows with shutters, a ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light. You’ll also have access to the shared kitchen, living areas, laundry, and parking. The bathroom is shared with one woman.

Utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent, so there’s no need to worry about splitting separate monthly bills.

The home is located in a quiet HOA community with convenient access to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, and the surrounding East County area.

You’d be living with two working professionals. We’re both pretty laid-back and have our own schedules, but we’re friendly and happy to hang out, chat, or enjoy the shared spaces together. We also respect each other’s privacy and downtime, so there’s a nice balance.

There are two sweet, well-behaved cats in the home, so being comfortable around cats is important. They’re part of the household, but we keep the home clean and well maintained.
