I have a room available in a 3 bed/ 2 1/2 bath home. It is a large 2 story house with the most amazing kitchen! You would have a parking spot in the driveway. Currently it is me and one other roommate and she has a super cute and well behaved dog named Romeo, but we are hoping to not add another animal to the home. The room available is the Master bedroom and it is Massive! The room is 12x15 with a beautiful private bathroom and large walk-in closet. There is tons of natural light and another small closet in the corner of the room. Washer and dryer are upstairs which is super convenient. I work on Broadway and it takes me 8 min to get from the house to parking downtown. We are also within 10 min of midtown, west end, the gulch and Germantown!
Our lease is up in November with the possibility to reapply. No deposit. Utilities not included in rent.
