Room for rent in civic center!

Hey everyone!! My sister and I are looking for one new wonderful roommate who would ideally like to hangout now and again as well 😄. I am trying to renew the lease with my sister and one new person by June 1st.

It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bath condo in civic center.
One room goes for $800 and the second room for $700( both including utilities and price based on room size). The entire apartment comes fully furnished so you wouldn’t need to bring any furniture, however, if you need to bring things arrangements can be made.

No smokers or pets of any kind please 🙂.

I don’t really have specific preferences but ideally you’d be in your 20s and generally likeable and kind lol.
