Niamh A - $2,500/month

Hi! My name is Niamh, I’m 23 years old, planning on moving to New York around September/October. I graduated from WashU in St. Louis in May 2021 and I've spent the past year living and working in London. I recently moved back to the US and accepted a job offer to work as a software engineer.

I would prefer to live in Manhattan (West Village or East Village ideally) and my budget is up to $2500 but I'm flexible as long as the apartment is within reasonable commuting distance to where I work in Midtown. I'm hoping to have natural light and enough space that’s comfortable for WFH two days a week.

I love traveling, music, fitness, and watching movies and TV. As a roommate, I am clean (always in common spaces, sometimes a little messy in my room), respectful, friendly, and a good communicator.
