Me and my roommate Michel recently moved to a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom basement with spacious kitchen and living room area.

We are really excited to make this place a home so we are looking for a third roommate who will share this goal with us.

The rent is $850 CAN utilities included and laundry onsite (no extra charge) + $20 CAN internet.

The room has no closet but we offer a big cabinet with a 4 row drawers.

Our basement has a great location, 1 block away from Alexandra Park (public swimming pool, skateboarding area, hockey and basketball courts), between Dundas street an Queen Street, both great options for transportation, shopping and eating.

About us:

We are both from Mexico City, work and study, calm personalities, love art and enjoy relaxing at home while watching TV and movies.

We requiere our third roommate to have a similar personality so we can all get along.

I'm married but my husband will only come visit every 4 months or so, he is a really quiet and friendly person and will be mainly out for work and when in the house he will be probably cooking.
