Hi! We are looking for a new roomie, as you may know! :)

We keep a calm and chill dynamic at home, with each of us doing our own thing. At the same time, friendliness and camaraderie are always more than welcome!

I’ve been slowly working on making the floor feel more artsy, cozy, and welcoming as I get the chance. You’re more than welcome to contribute and make the space feel like your own cozy home while you’re here.

We want our new roomie to feel welcomed and respected regardless of their cultural background, identity, or profession. What matters most to us is respecting each other’s space and the house, keeping shared spaces clean, and being mindful of the house rules.

Communication is a must. If any issue comes up, we believe in being open about it and working together to find a solution in a respectful and reasonable way.

Ultimately, we’re hoping to find someone who can feel comfortable here, enjoy their own space, and hopefully share some good moments with us along the way. :)

Looking for a responsible, respectful, and reliable roommate to move into a private room in a house located in Corso Italia, available **Beginning of October 2026**.

1. About The Room

- Queen-size bed
- Two big stands (1 with drawers)
- Closet
- Located on the (second floor)
- Private room and comfortable space
- AC inside

2. About The House

- One shared bathroom
- Back patio
- Internet, water, and electricity (included in rent)
- The house has old vent heaters, but electric heaters are needed around the house if temperatures are too low. (We do have one for the living room, one might be needed for the room in rent)
- The house is currently not fully decorated, so there is still plenty of room to make the space feel like home.
- This is a Queer-friendly household 🏳️‍🌈 Discrimination or harassment of any kind is not tolerated
- Pets are welcome / flexible depending on the pet

3. Location

Located in Corso Italia, a convenient and lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby.

The house is also close to Dufferin Street, providing easy access to the surrounding neighborhoods and Dufferin Mall.

5. Rent

$896.66/month

Internet, water, and electricity are included.
Landlord Takes Rent **in cash**. We always make sure to compile all the money by the beginning of each month.

6. Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is **responsible, respectful, clean, and reliable with rent payments**. It's important that rent is paid on time and that everyone in the house is considerate of each other's space and belongings.
