Master bedroom in Golden townhouse

Three-story townhouse with easy access to an RTD light rail station and walking distance from Colorado Mills shopping mall, but far enough from the main roads that we don’t really get traffic noise at night.

The available room has a private bathroom attached, two walk-in closets, and a great window view of the mountains. The main floor is furnished and has a finished basement that I use as a guest room (I will update with more pictures soon). Full kitchen on the main floor and in-house washer + dryer in the basement. There is ample storage space in the townhouse and a covered parking spot. We also have access to the neighborhood pool (with a water slide) and benefit from free snow removal through the HOA.

If bringing pets, dogs must be small (<30lbs; 2 dogs max) and non-shedding. Up to 2 cats permitted and must be well cared for and well-behaved. There would be a one-time, refundable pet deposit fee of $200 at signing.

There is absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property (cigarettes nor cannabis).

I would be the sole other roommate (26F/NB). I am a data systems engineer and work hybrid-remote, so I am often home during the work week, but love to get out to the mountains or volunteering in my free time. I am quiet, extremely neat, and love an intellectual conversation. I currently work a second job at a wedding venue which sometimes means I am getting home around 1:00AM/2:00AM 1-2x per week - mostly on weekends but occasionally I will be scheduled on a weeknight. Otherwise I tend to be a very early riser (5:00AM-6:00AM) and will do my best to minimize noise in the house if you are asleep.

The room is available soon, but I am not rushing to fill the space as it is more important to me that I find someone I would be compatible with as a roommate. I would love to chat and get to know you better and tell you more about myself! I would also prefer if we could meet up in-person before committing to living together, but understand the logistical difficulties of this especially if moving from out-of-state. At minimum, I would like to video chat at least once :)
