Hi, I’m about to move near Farmers Branch to be closer to my school and I’m looking for a female roommate to split the rent ASAP if anyone is interested! The apartment that I’m considering is “The courts at Preston oaks” which is a 2 bed and 2 bath (986sqft) and is near the Galleria mall. - The apartment without carpet In the living room costs $1334 and will be on the first floor. However, with carpet it’ll be $1309 and will be on the third floor. Let me know which one you'd prefer.
- Pet deposits include $250 refundable and $250 non-refundable fees due at move in, pet rent is $20/month.
- Property includes underground garage parking with elevator access, onsite (off leash) dog park, 2 pools with Jacuzzis/cabana’s, fully equipped fitness center with locker rooms, a full service package room with Luxer package lockers, indoor mail center, washer/dryer included in every unit and much more.
- Each unit receives one free reserved parking spot in the parking garage right by your elevator. Water and electric is separate based on usage.
