Lease is up December 31st! Looking for a place to sublet, open to Bay Ridge, Sunset Park, Park Slope, Williamsburg, Greenpoint,etc. Would love to find a spot not far from subways as a I work at a non-profit in the city three times per week. Max I can do is $1250 + utilities. I’m a chill roommate, trans guy and pansexual, love cleaning (therapy for me), huge coffee/cafe person, not huge on partying but will have a couple friends over here and there. 4/20 friendly, LOVE animals. I clean up after myself, I’m an open-communicator, a little more on the quiet side. Open to 6 month lease, year lease and month to month depending on the situation.
