Current Household has one adult male (gay) who is a working IT professional with average to above average cleanliness levels. There are no children/pets living in the apartment.

Located behind 24-hour fitness near la Cienega and Santa Monica with walking access to buses, Subway, Trader Joes, 24-hour fitness, Kitchen 24, Corn Grill, Steak Shack, Starbucks, and many Santa Monica shops, Beverly center, Urth Café and many Melrose spots, West Hollywood park and Library.

Onsite management does all background checks and qualifications so that you can be added on the lease. Initial lease period and can give independent notice of intent to move with 45-days notice to me and 30-days notice to management.
