Room for rent in Logan Square 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo.
The unit has a great layout with tons of light. There is a great kitchen with garbage disposal, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. I cook quite a bit so I have basically every countertop kitchen appliance as well. Spacious, totally furnished living room including fireplace, large TV, playstation, and surround sound speaker system. Hardwood floors throughout the unit. There is an in-unit washer/dryer. Unit has central air/heat as well. It has a nice balcony for when the weather warms up
The room is a good size (9 x 14 ft) and has a huge closet. The room in unfurnished. You would have your own bathroom as well.
There is permit-free parking all around the building if you have a car. Alternatively it is about 15 min walk to blue line.
Located in a good area with grocery stores, a couple bars, and a couple restaurants within 10 min walking
