I work from home Monday to Friday, and am often out of town so you'd have the place to yourself quite a bit.

✔ Furnished room (SE facing) with a double /full murphy bed, built-in dresser/shelving/closet and a corner window. Murphy bed can be put up to use as a flex space. The room is 9x9 feet PLUS 2x5 foot ceiling-high closet built-in.
✔ Private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet (!). Sorry no bathtub.
✔ Prime downtown location near Granville Station (Expo line) and Roundhouse Station (Canada line)
✔ Balcony
✔ In-suite washer and dryer
✔ Dishwasher
