I have been traveling the world since 2012, but this pandemic has forced me to settle down for a while. I am hoping to find an affordable room to rent in the New England area (I've never lived in the northeast, so i want that experience).

Money (rent) in not an issue, but my desire to continue traveling has turned me into a minimalist and I don't like spending money willy-nilly. I am hoping to find a reasonable rental space anywhere in Massachusetts, but ideally near Boston. I enjoy riding my bicycle and this area would provide me with multiple pathways to enjoy days of exploration.

I would be willing to sign a years lease (I don't really see the travel restrictions ending anytime soon), but would prefer shorter. I do not smoke, and would rather not be anywhere near the smell of a cigarette. I have a drink occasionally, but don't consider myself a drinker. I'm too old to care about partying, but not to old to get out and have fun.
