My name is Crystal Wells. I am an active, interesting, and educated woman seeking a room in NYC for several years. I plan to move to Manhattan or to one of the surrounding boroughs in the Fall of 2021 and, I am able to be flexible on those dates. I had planned to move in 2020 however, Covid has forced me to push my dates forward. By the time I arrive, I will be vaccinated and still able to abide by Covid mandates and common sense.

I am very financially secure, able to pay rent in advance, and looking for a roomy comfortable bedroom with a queen or larger bed to rent while working in the NYC area for several years. I ride my bike between 15 and 20 miles every day (when not at work), so being close to a bike path along the water or in a large park, is a big plus for me. I also wish to find an arrangement where it is acceptable to have my boyfriend visit for a week or two every few months. He would never be there full-time by any means, and I expect to pay a bit more to off-set costs when he visits. He is a retired fire chief, kind, and a true Southern gentleman. He can also fix anything!

You will find me tidy and respectful of other's properties. I've had roommates most of my adult life and understand the concept of shared responsibilities. I expect to deep clean as well as participate in everyday cleaning chores. You will love having me there for that fact alone. I love pets of any type, and I would love to walk your dog if you have one.

My hometown is San Diego where I own a beautiful home on the coast. However, I am currently working full-time in film and television in the New Orleans area. I also own my residence in Louisiana as well as a rental which will be managed by a property manager when I leave. Although I have my preferences, I am open to most shared home opportunities while in NYC and hoping to find the perfect place in the future.
