I will make this brief. Im looking for a room to rent. I am not married, i have no kids, and at this time i dont have a girlfriend. I do have a cat, AGAIN I DO HAVE A CAT....and he is going to be with me. He is older, and potty trained, and friendly. His name is Dave Meowthews. I have a job, I dispatch for alarm companies. I have been there for almost 3 years and have never missed a day of work. My hours are 1pm to 9pm. I have references for both job, and where i have lived for last 10 years. I have lived with both females, and males just so you know, i get along with everybody. I dont 420, but if you do i can care less. I can afford up to 500- 600 month ( including utilities) and i assure you you will be payed on time every month. You will not have to come ask me fort rent. I will bring it to you before its due. If you want rent bi-weekly that will not be a problem. I mostly keep to myself, have few friends, but i do have company once in a while but all the friends i have are very respectful.
