Hey! I'm Tate. I am planning to move to Rhode Island (preferably the Warwick area) in late summer 2024. I am looking for a space for myself or someone who is willing to collaborate with me to find a space to share. I am a relatively tidy person. I get along with everyone. I am a metalhead and a musician. I am very reliable, rent will always be on time. I am a super problem solver so any possible issues can be worked out. I am currently employed as a cnc machinist where I am residing, and I am job hunting for similar work for when I move.
